HCLTech is hiring a Support Operations Administrator to manage support tickets, provide on-call assistance, and work with cloud technologies. The role focuses on using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and Amazon Web Services to improve operational efficiency and ensure seamless service delivery.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Implement IaC solutions using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation

• Provide on-call support and troubleshoot escalated issues

• Perform root cause analysis using Python and Ansible

• Manage and resolve support tickets within SLA timelines

• Maintain documentation and knowledge base

• Support team training and knowledge sharing

• Ensure high customer satisfaction

💻 Skills Required

• Knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)

• Strong understanding of AWS services and PaaS

• Familiarity with Python and Ansible

🎓 Qualification
