Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls professionally and provide necessary information to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Achieve daily and weekly communication targets through effective calling.
• Update and maintain records of client interactions.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Telugu is mandatory.
• Hindi language skills are optional but preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.

Work Schedule:

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary Details:

• First 3 months: ₹10,000 per month.
• After 3 months: ₹15,000 per month.
• After 1 year: ₹20,000 per month.
