Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Voice Process Associates in the banking domain. This is a day-shift role with a fixed Sunday week-off, offering a stable salary with attractive incentives. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with banking queries, services, and transactions. Provide accurate and timely information about banking products and services. Address customer concerns, complaints, or requests efficiently and professionally. Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring a high standard of service and effective communication. Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system. Qualifications and Requirements: Education: Intermediate (12th pass) or above. Age: 18 to 30 years. Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Knowledge of an additional language such as Marathi, Kannada, or Gujarati is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Previous experience in a voice process or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory. Work Schedule: Shift: Day shift only. Week Off: Sunday fixed off.
