Job Title: Software Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales Manager / Director of Sales
Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our software solutions, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote [Company Name]’s software solutions.
  2. Identify and target new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market research.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and features of our software.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
    Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.


Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Any Fresher with Interest in software sales or a related field.


Skills and Competencies:

  1. Strong understanding of software products, SaaS models, or IT services.
  2. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new software technologies.
