Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and an eye for detail, with the ability to develop innovative visual concepts for a variety of digital and print mediums. This role involves collaborating with marketing, content, and product teams to create engaging designs that reflect the company’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visual content for a variety of digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, marketing materials, brochures, advertisements, and more. Design engaging and creative graphics that are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines. Work closely with the marketing team to design promotional materials and social media assets.

Develop layouts for print materials such as posters, flyers, and advertisements.
Collaborate with other departments to produce high-quality designs and ensure
visual consistency across all marketing channels. Edit and enhance photos, videos, and graphics using design software. Participate in brainstorming sessions to create new design concepts and visual storytelling ideas.

Ensure all designs are on-brand and meet company standards and guidelines.
Prepare files for print, web, and other media formats. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects with varying
deadlines.
Knowledge of web design principles is a plus.
Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a bonus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
Experience with HTML/CSS or web development tools.
Basic knowledge of photography and photo editing.
Experience with branding and logo design.
Working Conditions:
