Description
Role & Responsibilities:
Make 70–100 calls per day to candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Conduct telephonic screenings and evaluate candidates based on job fit and communication
Generate new candidate references from existing contacts
Update candidate status and maintain accurate records in the ATS
Requirements:
Any graduate (Fresher / 0–1 year experience)
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
Strong interaction and convincing ability
Basic MS Office knowledge
Self-driven, eager to learn, and proactive
Must have a personal laptop
Must be willing to work from office (Begumpet)
