Role & Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Support business verification processes and maintain accurate records
Identify and resolve customer issues effectively
Communicate professionally with clients in both English and Hindi
Requirements:
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Customer Care or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Must be located within commutable distance to KPHB, Hyderabad
