We are looking for fresh and enthusiastic Domestic IT Recruiters to join our Hyderabad team.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates eager to begin their career in Recruitment and Human Resources within the IT industry.

As a Domestic IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various IT positions across India.

🧩 Roles & Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates.

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Any Graduate (B.Tech, BBA, MBA HR preferred)

• Experience: Fresher (0–1 year); training will be provided

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong learning attitude and interest in IT recruitment

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research
