Accurate Engineering Co. Pvt. Ltd. & Accurate Metrology and Automation Company are leading organizations in Measuring Instruments Manufacturing, Metrology, Industrial Automation, Robotics, SPM, Fixtures, and Gauge Manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities

• Read and analyze engineering drawings; support design team for new product and fixture development.

• Assemble multi-gauging fixtures, receiving gauges, indicative fixtures, and custom-developed products.

• Perform final inspection, functional testing, and pre-dispatch inspection (PDI).

• Monitor assembly, testing, and dispatch activities as per schedule.

• Provide technical/operational support to the machine shop.

• Install fixtures and gauges at customer sites and provide training.

• Handle customer complaints and perform root-cause analysis.

• Operate CMM and perform CMM-related inspection activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth production flow.

• Supervise junior staff and ensure proper training.

• Visit suppliers when required.

• Prepare documentation, work instructions, and time-activity charts.
