About the Role

Accenture is hiring freshers and early-career professionals for its Trust & Safety team. The role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content (text, images, videos, audio) to ensure platform safety and compliance with community guidelines. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role requiring strong judgment, resilience, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and remove content per safety policies

• Handle user-reported issues and escalate when needed

• Stay updated on policy changes

• Maintain quality, accuracy, and objectivity

• Work with sensitive or objectionable content

• Support process improvements and team discussions

• Work in rotational shifts (including weekends/holidays)

Requirements

• Any Graduate

• 18+ years old

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Emotional resilience and ability to manage stressful content

• Familiarity with internet platforms and online culture

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
