Job Overview

Deloitte is looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join their cloud and DevOps team as Analysts. This role is ideal for individuals who are beginning their IT career and eager to develop skills in public cloud technologies, automation, and modern IT operations. Selected candidates will work closely with experienced engineers, receive structured training, and gain hands-on exposure to Azure/AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members in basic setup, configuration, and monitoring of cloud resources across Azure or AWS.

• Support standard user access requests such as account creation, modification, and removal.

• Observe and document troubleshooting steps for routine cloud issues including VM failures, quota limitations, and configuration mismatches.

• Participate in deployment activities and team discussions to understand technical objectives and project workflows.

• Help maintain internal documentation including runbooks, installation guides, and FAQs.

• Perform daily service checks using predefined procedures, dashboards, alerts, and simple scripts.

• Learn core DevOps practices such as working with version control, sample CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

• Attend training sessions, engage with mentors, and proactively enhance technical understanding.

• Report irregularities or issues promptly to responsible team members.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of computing fundamentals—servers, storage, networking, and cloud concepts.

• Interest in learning public cloud services (Azure/AWS) and comfort navigating cloud portals.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to follow structured procedures, ask questions, and stay organized.

• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn, troubleshoot, and grow.

• Familiarity with security concepts or auditing processes is an added advantage.

• Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Preferred Exposure

• Internships, academic projects, certifications, or personal practice involving cloud platforms, scripting, or automation tools.
