Job Opportunity: HR Recruiter (Freshers / Early-Career) Day Shift
Shift:Â Day Shift | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates via job-portals & referrals
- Conduct initial HR screenings & coordinate interviews
- Build professional relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Work toward recruitment targets & contribute to team success
- Maintain proper recruitment trackers and reports
Requirements
- Any Graduate or Post-Graduate
- Freshers or up to 2 years in recruitment (for experienced role, prior non-IT recruitment only)
