Job Overview

Genpact is inviting applications for the position of Management Trainee – Reporting Analyst.
This role involves supporting operational teams by creating accurate reports, analyzing performance trends, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. The selected candidate will work closely with Operations, Quality, and Workforce teams to maintain smooth workflow and optimize resource utilization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for leadership teams.

  • Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple internal tools such as CRM systems, dialers, and workforce platforms.

  • Build dashboards and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

  • Analyze performance trends and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

  • Automate manual reporting tasks to improve efficiency.

  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements.

  • Provide ad-hoc reports based on business needs.

  • Support real-time monitoring and workforce scheduling activities.

  • Assist in intraday scheduling adjustments to meet service level targets.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or any related field.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros).

  • Basic understanding of SQL or data querying (preferred).

  • Experience using Power BI or Tableau for reporting and dashboards.


Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.

  • Good communication skills for presenting data insights.

  • Familiarity with BPO/KPO reporting or MIS processes (added advantage).

  • Understanding of common BPO metrics like SLA, AHT, CSAT, etc.


Working Conditions

  • Full-time, office-based role (no work-from-home option).

  • Must be flexible to work in US shift timings.

  • Fast-paced work environment requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
