Genpact is hiring a Consultant – Business Analyst to support investment portfolio transaction and position data processing for a global investment banking client. The role involves daily statement processing, reconciliation, data validation, performance analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile daily transaction & position statements

• Operate performance and reporting systems

• Analyze custodian statements and ensure data accuracy

• Map transactions and identify holding asset types

• Perform QA checks and validate performance calculations

• Meet daily processing targets

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA)

• Strong Excel skills

• Basic accounting knowledge

Preferred:

• Understanding of capital markets / wealth management

• Good communication skills

• Reconciliation experience
