Axis Bank is hiring Business Development Associates to join their front-line sales team. This role is ideal for freshers looking to start a career in banking and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting bank products, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

This is a field sales role, which includes customer visits, daily outreach, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for savings accounts, current accounts, deposits, and other banking services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Promote banking and third-party products based on customer needs.

• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the bank.

• Maintain all customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Follow all banking guidelines, KYC norms, and compliance rules.

• Regular field visits and customer meetings as part of daily work.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Graduate (any stream).

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

• Good communication skills in English and local language.

• Strong interest in sales and customer handling.

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

• Must have an Android smartphone (recommended brands: Oppo, Vivo, MI, OnePlus, Samsung, Realme | Android 10–13).
