Axis Bank is looking for energetic Business Development Associates to join the Liability Sales team in Chennai. This role involves acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Ideal for freshers who want to start a career in banking, sales, and customer handling.

This is a field-based sales job, requiring daily customer visits, follow-ups, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for savings accounts, current accounts, deposits, and other banking services.

• Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase engagement.

• Promote banking and third-party products based on customer needs.

• Meet monthly sales targets assigned by the bank.

• Update all customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Follow all banking regulations, including KYC and compliance guidelines.

• Conduct daily field visits and customer meetings.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduate (any stream).

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

• Good communication skills in English and local language.

• Sales mindset with ability to work under targets.

• Team player with strong customer handling ability.

• Must have an Android smartphone
  (Oppo, Vivo, MI, OnePlus, Samsung, Realme | Android Version 10–13).
