Job Description

Microsoft is hiring Technology Consulting Interns under its Neurodiversity Hiring Program, designed to create an inclusive hiring approach that values diverse cognitive strengths. Interns will work on real-world consulting projects, support technical solutions aligned with customer business goals, and collaborate with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales and project planning with technical inputs

• Understand customer business needs and propose technology solutions

• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies

• Assist in cloud and Microsoft technology adoption

• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Eligible for the Neurodiversity Hiring Program

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field)

• Must have at least one semester/quarter remaining after the internship

Preferred Skills

• Passion for technology and customer focus

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Project Management is a plus
