Job Summary

HCL is hiring Trainee – Delivery Operations (DPO) professionals to support order management, transaction monitoring, and customer communication. This role focuses on process quality, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction through accurate data handling and effective written communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat, providing timely and effective resolutions

• Perform data entry and maintain databases with high accuracy and attention to detail

• Monitor transactions and ensure all activities comply with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Maintain high process quality standards by following company policies and guidelines

• Ensure confidentiality and ethical conduct in all interactions

• Participate in self-directed and instructor-led training using LMS tools

• Actively seek feedback from mentors and team members to improve performance

• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Basic knowledge of data entry and database management

• Understanding of SLAs and process quality standards

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Additional Qualifications (Optional)

• Certification in Customer Service or Communication Skills is an added advantage
