Job Summary

HCL is hiring Fresher Management Associates to support Human Resources operations for the fresher employee segment. The role involves implementing HR policies, assisting employees and managers with HR-related concerns, and supporting freshers during their transition from student life to professional careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between the business unit and LOB / SDU / Corporate HR teams for issues, suggestions, and coordination

• Provide frontline support for disciplinary matters and performance-related escalations

• Handhold and counsel employees during the training phase until deployment

• Implement existing HCL HR policies and processes effectively

• Resolve employee queries related to operational HR activities using tools such as SSD (Smart Service Desk)

• Guide and counsel employees on HR-related concerns

Eligibility & Skills

• Freshers / recent graduates

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in Human Resources / People Operations

• Ability to handle employee queries professionally

• Willingness to learn HR tools, policies, and processes
