Job Description

As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with sales, operations, and business teams. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world market operations and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers and business partners

• Analyze market trends and assist in sales planning

• Explain product features and benefits to customers clearly

• Support negotiations and help close sales opportunities

• Maintain sales records and prepare activity reports

• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory and order fulfillment

• Ensure smooth customer onboarding and relationship management

Qualification & Eligibility

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree
  (BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech, Agriculture, Marketing, or related fields preferred)

• Freshers are encouraged to apply

• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles can also apply

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in sales, business development, and agri-business

• Willingness to relocate and travel during the 3-month rotation period

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and data tracking is an added advantage
