Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end trade finance transactions for assigned clients

• Handle client queries, discrepancies, and documentation accurately

• Coordinate with internal teams, sales, and overseas offices

• Ensure timely processing, approvals, and dispatch of trade documents

• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service

• Support compliance, controls, and promote digital trade solutions

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline) or as required for the role

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

• Good understanding of trade finance operations and customer service orientation

• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and proactive approach

Apprenticeship Information

• Apprenticeship tenure: 1 Year, as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 (as amended)

• Apprentices will be registered on the NATS Portal as per Government of India guidelines

• On successful completion, a Certificate of Proficiency will be issued by the Government of India

• Apprenticeship enrollment will cease after completion of the tenure

• Other terms and conditions will be as per the offer letter issued by HSBC
