Who can apply (Eligibility)

• Freshers / Early-career candidates (0–2 years experience)

• Engineering graduates (Petroleum preferred, others related branches may apply)

• Basic knowledge of data, reporting, and analytics

• Willing to work with business data, dashboards, and KPIs

Key Responsibilities (Main Work)

• Create business reports & dashboards using Power BI

• Support leadership with performance analysis, KPIs & benchmarking

• Handle production & asset management data accurately

• Improve processes through automation, standardization & documentation

• Manage small projects independently and meet tight deadlines

• Work with global teams and communicate clearly via emails & meetings

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Basic understanding of Oil & Gas production / upstream operations (training support provided)

• Knowledge of KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting

• Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint (must)

• SQL / Python / AI-ML → added advantage (not mandatory)

• Good communication, analytical & presentation skills

• Attention to detail and data confidentiality awareness
