Job Overview

IBM is hiring Technical Support Professional Interns to join its Global Support Center. This internship offers hands-on experience in computer systems, networking solutions, cloud technologies, and AI-driven process improvements, while working with global IBM teams and real customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Technology Lifecycle Services (TLS) for IBM and multivendor products

• Assist in building and supporting networking solutions

• Participate in development of AI use cases to improve delivery and processes

• Gain exposure to end-to-end customer lifecycle from prospecting to execution

• Collaborate with global technical and support teams

Eligibility & Education

• Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science / Computer Engineering preferred)

• Electronics Engineering background is also acceptable

Required Skills

• Understanding of Computer Architecture and Network Architectures

• Basics of software design and testing

• Programming knowledge: C, C++, Java, Assembly

• Scripting skills: Python, JavaScript, Perl, Bash

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of RISC architecture

• Understanding of Computer Networking

• Experience with tools like Git, GitHub, IntelliJ
