Job Overview

IBM is hiring a Quote to Cash Intern to support its Transformation & Operations team. This role offers hands-on exposure to contract management, order-to-cash processes, data analysis, and AI-driven business operations, while working closely with global IBM teams and real-world sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sellers and business teams in Quote to Cash operations

• Assist in contract management and fulfilment processes

• Work on data analysis and process improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with Q2C professionals and CIO teams

• Learn and apply AI tools like Watsonx in business operations

• Support operational and client-focused activities

Eligibility & Education

• Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline preferred)

• Basic understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes

• Interest in contract management and business operations

• Communication and analytical skills

• Client-centric mindset and growth attitude

• Basic data analysis skills
