Cisco is inviting applications for the role of Sales Operations Analyst Trainee – Non-Technical Graduate Apprentice in Bangalore, India. This opportunity is designed for 2025 graduates who are eager to begin their career in sales operations and business support within a global technology organization.

As a trainee, you will work closely with Cisco’s sales teams to understand customer requirements, support solution design, and assist in preparing solution presentations and documentation. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to sales strategy execution, forecasting, renewals, and business expansion initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Virtual Sales Account Managers (VSAMs) in understanding client needs

• Assist in preparing solution presentations and Bills of Quantity (BOQ)

• Coordinate with Systems Engineers for solution validation

• Support sales strategies to drive renewals and new business growth

• Contribute to achieving regional sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• 3-year Bachelor’s degree: BBA, B.Sc, or BCA

• Graduated in 2025 (Degree or Provisional Certificate required)

• No active backlogs

• Registered on NATS portal with a valid student enrollment number

• Available for 12 months apprenticeship

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint

• Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
