This role is designed for individuals seeking hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and decision support using live production data.

As a Data Analyst Intern, you will work closely with product, operations, and leadership teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business growth, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies relevant to business and product decisions

• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for clear communication of insights

• Assist senior analysts with forecasting, performance tracking, and compliance reporting

• Document data definitions, assumptions, and analysis processes for transparency and future use

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical tasks

Requirements

• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts such as data cleaning, aggregation, and interpretation

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and basic data functions

• Awareness of databases and basic querying concepts (preferred but not mandatory)

• Ability to understand business and technical terminology used in analytics and fintech environments

• Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team
