Hiring Junior Service Desk Associate – Mangalore

We are looking for Trainee Customer Support Representatives to provide operational support for mobile and fixed-line customers. The role involves assisting customers through inbound calls, live chats, emails, and support portals, resolving basic mobile phone issues, processing service requests, and maintaining accurate account information.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of Android and iOS devices, and good computer literacy. Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of domestic BPO experience are welcome to apply.

Applicants must be willing to work in rotational shifts (including US shifts) in a 24×7 work environment. A reliable internet connection and a suitable work setup at home are required.

Qualification: Minimum High School pass. Graduates such as BA, B.Com, BSc, or Diploma holders are also eligible.

Selection Process: V&A Assessment followed by Interview.
