We are hiring a Test Engineer – Electric Two-Wheeler Motor Drives to work on testing and validation of electric vehicle motor systems. The role involves executing test strategies, ensuring product quality, and supporting development teams in delivering high-performance mechatronic systems.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing of electric two-wheeler motors for system integration
• Ensure testing meets timeline, cost, and quality requirements
• Develop and standardize test equipment and procedures
• Execute Design Validation (DV) and Product Validation (PV) activities
• Create and document test strategies, procedures, and processes
• Review and analyze requirements and specifications
• Develop test concepts and plans with internal teams and customers
• Support procurement with test equipment specifications
• Conduct tests as per requirements with customers and suppliers
• Prepare and review detailed test reports

👤 Required Skills & Qualifications

• BE/BTech or ME/MTech in:
  
  • Mechanical
  • Mechatronics
  • Electrical
  • Instrumentation
  • Automobile
• 0–2 years of experience in automotive testing
• Knowledge of electric vehicle systems (2/3 wheelers)
• Understanding of traction drive systems
• Familiarity with ISO/AIS standards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and multicultural environment
