💼 Job Description
Infosys Limited looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Fresher to join there Finance team. The ideal candidate will support financial planning, deal pricing, and business decision-making processes.
📌 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Deal Pricing & Commercial Finance
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Legal teams for deal structuring and pricing
- Develop pricing models and perform scenario analysis
- Analyze deal profitability, revenue, and risk factors
- Recommend pricing strategies and discount policies to leadership
🔹 Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Analyze financial performance and identify key variances
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports including P&L and KPI tracking
- Support business decisions through financial modeling
🛠️ Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and financial tools
