About the Company
We are a leading EPC company specializing in renewable energy project execution, including wind and solar power infrastructure.
Role Overview
We are hiring Graduate Trainee Engineers (Electrical & Mechanical) to support the execution of renewable energy projects. Candidates will work on transmission lines, substations, and wind turbine installation & commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical (Transmission Lines & Substations)
- Installation and commissioning of 33kV, 220kV, and 400kV transmission lines and substations
- Implement protection schemes for transformers, switchgear, and transmission systems
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and quality checks
- Ensure compliance with safety and grid regulations
Mechanical (Wind Turbine I & C)
- Assist in lifting, assembly, and installation of wind turbine components (tower, nacelle, blades)
- Perform torquing and tensioning as per OEM specifications
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Work with cranes and lifting equipment following safety protocols
General Responsibilities
- Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and OEMs
- Ensure adherence to quality and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards
- Support smooth execution of on-site renewable energy projects
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (2024 Batch)
- Basic knowledge of:
- Power systems, transformers, switchgear (for Electrical)
- Torquing, tensioning, and structural assembly (for Mechanical)
- Willingness to work on-site for project execution
