Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Business Advisory New Associate to support customer operations and service desk non-voice workflows. This role focuses on quality monitoring, process compliance, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement across service lines. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve operational issues with increasing complexity

• Monitor, audit, and maintain quality benchmarks across workflows

• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and SOP adherence

• Track KPIs such as error rates, compliance scores, and corrective actions

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and support CAPA initiatives

• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders for process improvements

• Support training, calibration sessions, and knowledge transfer

• Work as an individual contributor or support a small team

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
