About the Role
We are hiring a Data Operations Analyst to support Customer Experience Operations. This role is ideal for detail-oriented, tech-savvy professionals who enjoy working with data, processes, and cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in onboarding operational data, maintaining data quality, and supporting efficiency initiatives that contribute to more sustainable global operations.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard and manage operational data accurately and efficiently.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and timely updates across systems.
Support customer experience and operations teams with data-driven insights.
Monitor workflows, identify gaps, and suggest process improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues.
Prepare reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Any degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
