Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Technical Service Coordinator (Fresher) to manage the daily scheduling and operations of our Technical Service Personnel. The role requires strong coordination skills, quick decision-making ability, and effective communication with both internal teams and clients in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and track Service Technicians for day-to-day operations

• Coordinate with Service Technicians to ensure timely completion of client visits

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and route issues to the appropriate technical staff

• Coordinate technician requirements based on client needs

• Work closely with the Service Head to improve office and service processes

• Assist the Service Head in performance review and monitoring of Service Technicians

• Maintain accurate service records and reports

• Stay updated with company services, policies, and regulations

Qualifications

• BE / Diploma in EE / EC / EEE / IC OR any Graduate

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Attention to detail and record-keeping skills
