About the Program
Microsoft’s Neurodiversity Hiring Program is designed to build an inclusive and supportive hiring approach that recognizes and values the unique strengths of neurodiverse individuals. Role Overview
As a Technology Consulting Intern, you will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand business requirements and help design and implement technology-driven solutions. You will contribute to project planning, risk identification, and solution delivery while aligning technical outcomes with customer business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Support the pre-sales process by providing technical inputs based on business requirements.
Participate in customer and partner meetings to understand business challenges and solution scenarios.
Assist in defining customer requirements, constraints, and technical solutions under guidance.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and support mitigation planning.
Leverage and contribute to Microsoft intellectual property (IP) for assigned projects.
Identify opportunities to accelerate adoption and consumption of Microsoft cloud and related technologies.
Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to improving customer satisfaction by understanding root causes of issues and proposing solutions.
Required Qualifications
Eligibility for the Neurodiversity Hiring Program.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Must have at least one semester/quarter remaining after completion of the internship.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong passion for technology and a customer-first mindset.
Good stakeholder and relationship management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
Knowledge or certification in Delivery Management frameworks such as Scrum, Agile, Change Management, or Project Management.
