🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Content Moderation:

• Review and moderate content (violence, abuse, hate speech, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines

🔹 Fraud & Risk Monitoring:

• Monitor transactions for suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Investigate flagged cases and assess risks

🔹 Customer Support:

• Respond to client queries via email, chat, or phone
• Provide clear and professional communication
• Escalate complex issues when required

🔹 Process & Operations:

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions
• Follow SLA timelines and quality standards
• Update internal knowledge base and documentation

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
