We are hiring Customer Care Executives (Voice Process) for leading BPO companies in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, from customers.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and maintain service quality standards.
Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to process guidelines.
Requirements:
Basic communication skills (English / Tamil / Hindi preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
