Educational Qualification:

• B.Com
• BBA
• (15 years of education must be completed)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation Year: 2022 to 2025 only
• Freshers are eligible
• Candidates with Post Graduation (completed or pursuing) are not eligible

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily process targets as per Customer SLAs
• Work according to client shift timings (including night shifts)
• Follow client governance and operational guidelines
• Execute transactions within defined timelines and standards

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Willingness to work in 24×7 shift environment
• Adaptability to process and system changes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of Banking / Insurance / Mortgage domain
• Basic understanding of Data Processing
• Mortgage domain knowledge is an added advantage

Service Line:

• BPO Service Line

Additional Information:

• Night shift flexibility is mandatory
• Candidate should be ready to work in rotational shifts
