🌎 International Voice Process – Customer Support (Freshers & Experienced)

🕓 Process: International (US / UK / Australia)
💼 Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers
Provide accurate information on products or services
Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Document interactions and follow up when necessary
🧠 Skills Required:
Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented and proactive attitude
Flexible to work in night and rotational shifts
