Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen resumes for US-based clients

• Work closely with senior recruiters during hiring cycles

• Use ATS/job portals for candidate management

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation

• Assist the recruitment team in achieving hiring goals

Requirements

• Freshers with good communication & typing skills

• Computer proficiency (MS Office)

• Willingness to work Night Shift (US Time Zone)

• Must be comfortable commuting daily to the office (own vehicle/Rapido/Uber)
  or willing to relocate to nearby PG/Hostel/Shared Accommodation
