Description
Infosys is seeking motivated HR professionals for the JL4 role at its Bangalore location. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about HR operations, data-driven decision-making, and enhancing employee experience across the organization.
About the Role
The JL4 role involves managing the end-to-end employee life cycle and supporting HR operations through process optimization, reporting, compliance, and system deployments. You will work closely with multiple HR teams, stakeholders, and technical partners to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Life Cycle Management
Handle the complete employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit/retirement.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams and technical teams to enhance systems and workflows.
Maintain strong awareness of data privacy and compliance requirements.
HR Systems, Reporting & Operations
Ensure HR reports and dashboards are delivered accurately and on time.
Track key HR metrics and ensure adherence to KPIs.
Review existing HR reports to identify enhancement opportunities.
Use reporting tools to generate insights and support decision-making.
Work with HR teams across COE, Unit, DC, and GEO functions to implement improvements.
Audits & Compliance
Support internal and external audit activities.
Monitor compliance within assigned HR processes and escalate deviations.
Implement audit recommendations and internal control measures.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Excel and Macros, Need to have knowledge on reporting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
Knowledge of HR risk assessment and crisis management tools.
Preferred Skills
Background in Human Resource Management.
Experience with HR operations, reporting, or HR systems.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or equivalent degree.
Experience Required
0–2 years of experience in HR operations, reporting, or related areas.
