About the Job

We are looking for freshers who want to build a career in Business Development for the US IT Staffing industry.
This is an on-site night shift job where you will connect with US clients and vendors, understand their hiring needs, and coordinate with internal recruiters to help close job positions.

What You Will Do

• Talk to US-based clients/vendors and build professional relationships
• Explain our services and get partnership agreements signed
• Collect job requirements and share them with recruitment teams
• Coordinate submissions, interviews, and follow-ups
• Work towards monthly performance targets

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers (any degree)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident, outgoing, and good at convincing others
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ready to work night shift (7:00 PM – 4:30 AM IST)
• Self-commute required (no cab provided)
