Description
Role Summary:
Assist in developing and delivering digital and data-driven solutions to support marketing, sales, and customer engagement teams. Work with multiple stakeholders to produce accurate analytical reports and support ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in designing and implementing digital/analytical solutions.
- Perform basic qualitative & quantitative analysis on pharma-related data.
- Prepare reports for internal teams to help with decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project tasks and timelines.
- Maintain documentation and assist in process improvement activities.
Skills Required:
- Analytical thinking and eagerness to learn
- Basic knowledge of CRM, customer journey, or marketing processes (preferred)
- MS Excel, PowerPoint; VBA/ETL skills are a plus
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers eligible)
