📌 Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our Service Engineering team. This role involves field service across India, providing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for our engineering products and solutions. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, customer-focused, and willing to travel extensively.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule service visits to customer locations.

• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and relevant authorities for service-related matters.

• Prepare and send offer quotations to customers.

• Follow up for payments, recovery, and pending outstanding amounts.

• Negotiate and offer best pricing to customers in coordination with the Business Head.

• Make on-site decisions for technical or service issues with guidance from the Business Head.

• Perform installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of equipment.

• Ensure proper site preparation and customer readiness before installation.

• Maintain service reports, documentation, and customer communication logs.
