About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Personal Assistants (PAs) based in Australia with submitting expense claims, reconciling American Express statements, booking meeting rooms, and crafting travel itineraries for Partners, utilising the necessary Company systems in accordance with company policies.

• Handle service requests, emails, and administrative coordination.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs.

• Update process documents, SOPs, and training materials.

• Provide support during leaves or peak workloads.

• Build strong working relationships with internal and global teams.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

• Professionalism, confidentiality, and a proactive attitude.
