Job Description

A large-scale grain-based ethanol manufacturing facility is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) and Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) for its production unit. This role is well suited for fresh engineering graduates and diploma holders who are eager to start their professional journey in the industrial manufacturing and renewable energy sector.

Candidates will gain practical exposure to plant operations, mechanical and electrical maintenance, utilities management, and industrial safety systems. The position offers structured training and real-time learning within a modern ethanol distillery, supporting sustainable energy and green fuel initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in mechanical or electrical plant operations

• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities

• Monitor equipment performance and process parameters

• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

• Coordinate with senior engineers and technical teams

• Participate in training and continuous improvement programs

Eligibility Criteria

• Education Qualification:

  • B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical or Electrical

  • Diploma – Mechanical or Electrical

• Experience:

  • Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience

• Gender:

  • Open to male and female candidates

• Additional Preference:

  • Immediate joiners

  • Willingness to work in a plant-based environment
