Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The role involves providing voice-based support to international and domestic customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound and outbound voice support to customers.
Communicate clearly and confidently to build strong customer relationships.

Work closely with the technical content team to identify and improve gaps in the help modules.
