Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Visual / UI Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will work primarily on desktop software applications, collaborating closely with UX designers to transform low-fidelity wireframes into intuitive, visually engaging, and functional user interfaces.

You will be responsible for shaping the overall visual experience of the software, including typography, color systems, iconography, imagery, motion, and layout. Additionally, you will contribute to building and maintaining a scalable design system for the platform.

A key part of the role involves creating illustrations of industrial machines and equipment, working alongside designers and product managers to ensure technical accuracy and visual clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design UI for desktop software applications

• Convert wireframes into polished, user-friendly interfaces

• Create icons for applications across different platforms

• Develop illustrations of industrial machines and environments

• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers

• Support developers in translating designs into interactive interfaces

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a design system

Requirements

• Experience: 0–2 years

• Proficiency in Figma

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Strong understanding of design fundamentals:

  • Typography

  • Color theory

  • Visual hierarchy

  • Layout principles

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Creative problem-solving mindset

• Willingness to continuously learn design techniques and domain knowledge

• A portfolio showcasing multiple projects and individual contributions
