Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Sales Coordinator (Fresher) to join our Sales Team. This role involves providing day-to-day sales operational support and ensuring smooth office operations. Fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a sales coordination role are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team by contacting customers, arranging appointments, and sharing updated sales materials

• Handle calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable

• Respond to customer queries, inform them of order status or delays, and coordinate delivery schedules

• Support order handling via phone and email and ensure correct pricing and product details

• Enter and maintain accurate order data and ensure timely processing

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, and finance) for smooth operations

• Maintain sales records, files, and basic reports

• Assist in promoting company products and services to customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Freshers welcome)

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to adapt to new tasks quickly

• Good communication and coordination skills
