We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Sales Support Executives. This role involves assisting the sales team by identifying potential opportunities, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between prospects and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong rapport with potential customers and understand their position in the buying process.
Identify and qualify opportunities that meet the minimum criteria for the sales team.
Handle incoming sales calls and emails and assign them to the appropriate sales representatives.
Support the sales team in managing leads and improving the customer experience.
Requirements
