🔧 Key Responsibilities

⚙️ Platform & System Management

• Manage tools like Jira and Confluence
• Configure workflows, spaces, and permissions
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

• Work with scripting (Bash, Shell, PowerShell)
• Support integrations and custom modules

📊 Reporting & Integration

• Create dashboards and reports (JQL)
• Integrate tools with other applications
• Support plugins like XRAY, BigPicture, DrawIO

• Maintain system stability and uptime
